Barberini Academy is an opportunity for young talents with a degree in architecture, design, engineering or a surveyor diploma, who wish to undertake a training course with the aim of being hired in the technical department of our company.
The Academy will allow candidates to develop skills by working closely with our managers, through a complete training program, designed to prepare them for a career in our technical department.
The course will last from 3 to 6 months and will be paid; it will give the opportunity to learn in a practical way, by working on real projects.
Participants will alternate periods in the technical office, where they will understand the design dynamics, and the production department, where they will be able to see the processes and technologies used in action.
In order to measure the real progress of each participant, periodic assessments will be made through tests.
